Payment Policy
Fee payment must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Payment via Cheque
Cheque payment should be crossed and made payable to Phua Li Eng and mailed to Blk 260 Yishun St 22 #09-103 Singapore 760260 or alternatively you can do a Quick Cheque Deposit at any above mentioned bank. Please indicate account number, name and contact number on the reverse side of the cheque.
Monthly payment should be made within the first week of the month.
No refund will be made once registration is confirmed. An application that is accepted is not transferable to other person(s) or future courses.
All monthly course fees are STRICTLY applicable for 4 sessions to be completed in 5 weeks, otherwise fees will be forfeited.
Make-up Policy
There will be NO MAKE UP lessons for those who fail to attend the group lesson for any personal reasons. Any absesence will be considered a lesson due to the slot allocated and schedule for you.
NO LESSONS will be conducted on all Public Holidays and any 5th week of the month, Chinese New Year’s Eve & Day 1 to Day 6 of lunar calendar.
Weather Conditions
There will be NO MAKE UP lessons for the session that has commenced and has to be cancelled due to unforeseen bad weather. This is to adhere to safety regulations.
Lessons will proceed as usual unless there is lightning or thunder storms, therefore please attend classes regardless of weather conditions unless you have been informed of cancellation.
We reserve the exclusive rights to cancel the lesson in bad weather conditions or postpone classes for safety reasons. If lesson is cancelled due to bad weather, make-up lesson will be scheduled. Lesson will continue if it’s drizzling.
Small Group (Private)
You are to inform your relevant coach at least 1 hour in advance for cancellation of lessons due to bad weather, FAILING WHICH THAT LESSON WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or forfeit the swimming lessons if the student is constantly absent.
Student is required to give one month notice for any termination of swimming programs.
Postponement
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone the day and time for the lessons or replace the swimming instructor
Any request for postponement of lesson is to be made in calling to your swimming instructor at least 1 day in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to forfeit that 1 lesson.
General
We reserve the right to add, delete or vary the Terms & conditions at any time as it deems fit.
